Matt Greenberg

As an associate attorney at Blizzard & Nabers, Mr. Greenberg  is able to fulfill his lifelong dream of helping victims of negligence seek just compensation. He devotes his time to mass tort pharmaceutical litigation and plaintiffs personal injury litigation.

In 2008, Mr. Greenberg graduated magna cum laude with his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and English from Abilene Christian University. The following year, he completed his Master of Arts in American Literature, also at Abilene Christian University. He obtained his Juris Doctorate from Baylor Law School, earning recognition on the Dean’s List and the highest grade in Advanced Criminal Practice & Procedure. He also participated in the Bankruptcy Moot Court Team, which won the 2012 Elliot Cup, and he was a semi-finalist in the Bob and Karen Wortham “Top Gun” Mock Trial Competition. He was also honored through his induction into the Order of Barristers, a prestigious legal organization recognizing top performers from each graduating class.

During his summers in law school, Mr. Greenberg interned for the Dallas County Public Defenders’ Office and clerked for Judge Harlin DeWayne “Cooter” Hale of the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of Texas.

Mr. Greenberg is one of a select few appointed to serve on various subcommittees for the Zofran multidistrict litigation cases (MDL No. 2657, In Re: Zofran (Ondansetron) Products Liability Litigation) in the United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts, including subcommittees for Narrative, Science and Experts, Marketing and Sales, Law and Briefing, and Document Production and Review.

Since joining Blizzard & Nabers, Mr. Greenberg has represented clients across the country in a variety of product liability and pharmaceutical cases, including those affected by:

Mr. Greenberg has also represented clients in ERISA violations, medical malpractice cases, and motor vehicle accidents.​ In addition to his experience in Texas courts, Mr. Greenberg has appeared pro hac vice in California, Illinois, Pennsylvania, Massachusetts, New Jersey, and New York.

Mr. Greenberg lives in Houston, Texas with his wife, Anna, who also practices law in the same field.
